This property was an exceptionally large footprint so the client was thinking about going for a velux conversion, after our first consultation they received our floor plans and quotes for both options & decided that the full dormer was the one for them, and they were so happy they did.

Due to having a large footprint this conversion added a huge master bedroom, large ensuite & big open landing.

The clients had bespoke wardrobes fitted with a niche for there TV which looked great, they also had a set of French doors wth Juliette balcony.

This project took 4 weeks to completion.
