This project was completed in summer of 2018.

To make this project work we had to reduce the size of the bedroom on the 1st floor and in this case the client has the option to have the fire door at the bottom of their new stairs rather than at the top.

This meant that the new master bedroom could be kept open plan with just a balustrade separating the stairs from the bedroom which was a great and made the space feel a lot bigger, they also had room for a new ensuite which was fully tiled and finished beautifully with nice choice of sanitary ware.

This project was completed in 4 weeks.
