Concept were able to create a full rear dormer conversion which added a master bedroom, walk in wardrobe & ensuite.

Due to the property being detached and a large footprint this conversion added a substantial amount of new living space, it had a huge bedroom that the clients furnished beautifully, a full enclosed walk in wardrobe that had a large flat roof skylight to flood it with light which had a flush plaster in LED channel installed around the skylight upstand which was automated on a PIR system.

A great size ensuite that had a wet room shower with fixed screen and a velux centred up over both the toilet & basin to create more head room.

This project took 4 weeks from start to finish.
