Concept were able to create a L shape conversion which added a master bedroom, walk in wardrobe & ensuite.

This property had an existing velux conversion that had been carried out several years before which had to be ripped out including the old steel beams due to not meeting today’s building regulations, which the clients insisted on from our initial consultation due to very bad workmanship.

The dormer was beautifully finished in natural slate with black fascias & soffits, had a glazed dormer cheek finished in satin glass which flooded the ensuite area with light

This project took 6 weeks from start to finish.
