Concept were able to create a L shape conversion which added a master bedroom, walk in wardrobe & ensuite. We also split a bedroom on the first floor to a smaller bedroom and a bathroom as the only bathroom in the property was on the ground floor. Having a ground floor bathroom meant that it had no soil stack, we had to install a new soil stack to take 2 new bathrooms and also install new drainage.

The dormer was beautifully finished in natural slate with black fascias & soffits.

This project took 6 weeks from start to finish.
