However if planning is required, our experienced team can help with planning approval.

Our step-by-step loft conversion process ensures that your loft conversion is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, assess the loft space, and guide you through planning permissions if needed. We spent the first week erecting the scaffolding, and structural elements were put in place to form the foundation of the new space. In the second week, we will add external features such as windows and dormers, and the staircase will be installed to integrate the loft with the rest of your home. In weeks 4-6, we start internal work, including plumbing, electrics, insulation, and plastering. We then fit custom joinery, wardrobes, or fixtures as per your design. We also take care of decoration, flooring, and finishing if required.
